Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort West Bay, West Bay

I had a great experience at the hotel, with a superb location right on West Bay Beach and the charming surroundings of the west end. The rooms were comfortable, but there was some noise from foot traffic which could be bothersome. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome and helpful staff members. The dining options were delicious and varied, yet the breakfast could be more diverse. The facilities were modern and well-kept, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and featured lovely balconies perfect for relaxing. The suites felt like complete homes with full kitchens and separate bedrooms. The service was top-notch, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. The location was excellent, offering easy access to attractions and boasting a gorgeous beach. The dining options were decent but could use a bit more variety. The facilities were great, enhancing my stay in many ways.

The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms, overlooking the garden, although our unit wasn't ready at 3 pm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the trip memorable. The location is outstanding, right on Main Beach boasting one of the best snorkeling spots. The dining experience was exceptional with plentiful and good quality food.
