I had a great experience at the hotel, with a superb location right on West Bay Beach and the charming surroundings of the west end. The rooms were comfortable, but there was some noise from foot traffic which could be bothersome. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome and helpful staff members. The dining options were delicious and varied, yet the breakfast could be more diverse. The facilities were modern and well-kept, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms, overlooking the garden, although our unit wasn't ready at 3 pm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the trip memorable. The location is outstanding, right on Main Beach boasting one of the best snorkeling spots. The dining experience was exceptional with plentiful and good quality food.

The rooms, like our 1602a bedroom which was basically a full housekeeping unit, were huge and beautiful overlooking the garden. Even though it wasn't ready at 3 pm, the space was underutilized by us. Surprisingly, we had the same unit as last year.

Complaining about anything in such a beautiful location would be a mistake. The hotel sits right on Main Beach, providing easy access to some of the best snorkeling spots. It is the most gorgeous beach and reef in Roatan, offering a very safe environment.
